Crown Castle Site Onboarding Experience
Streamlined Communication and Progress Tracking for Site Building.
Crown Castle is a communications infrastructure company that provides wireless and fiber solutions to businesses and communities. To simplify the site building experience for their clientele, Crown Castle entrusted my team and I with designing a streamlined process for information exchange and progress tracking throughout the site building journey. The client requested a distinct brand identity for the experience, independent of their primary brand. We developed a new name and a color palette that resonated with their brand while establishing its own identity.
Our team's UX research revealed the importance of incorporating a progress bar to help users track their onboarding journey, along with a clean and minimalist UI for effortless navigation and quick comprehension of each page. Considering our target audience of busy middle-aged executives and contractors, prioritizing ease of use was paramount.
Understanding that our time-strapped audience are also always on the move, we also prioritized a responsive mobile design to seamlessly extend the desktop experience.
