Two Sigma in its effort to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market needed a complete career portal experience for prospected candidates. Their previous career portal didn't maintain the brand's essence and lacked a user-friendly application process and a way for candidates to track their progress.

I spearheaded the design of a comprehensive career portal for Two Sigma. This project encompassed a complete user journey, from account creation and login to a robust application flow.

This responsive application experience features a progress tracking bar so that applicants can always know what stage in the experience they are in, the ability for applicants to upload and store relevant application files natively and through cloud services, and a filter system designed with CMS capabilities.

The experience in its entirety has been thoroughly designed to alleviate any guessing from candidates and to direct them through the application flows efficiently.
